Architectural Millwork for Experiential Spaces
At The Shop at Pacific, we pride ourselves on our agile approach to millwork, allowing us to adapt swiftly to the ever-changing demands of construction. With our in-house Project Manager at the helm, we ensure that adjustments can be made on the fly, minimizing costs and schedule impacts. We believe in visualization before fabrication, using comprehensive 3D renderings to perfect aesthetics, materials, and functionality before we begin construction. This meticulous pre-planning at the onset results in both cost and time savings as everything fits JUST right. Acting as the construction partner in collaboration with designers and architects, we oversee every step of the millwork journey from estimation to installation.
HOW WE’RE DOING IT DIFFERENTLY
Agile, Full-Service Approach:
Our in-house team takes care of everything, including estimation, Project Managament, fabrication, finishing, and installation. This means we are super agile and can adjust quickly and easily during the construction process.
Visualization Before Fabrication:
Our team completes a comprehensive 3D rendering to discuss the aesthetics, material, and function of the millwork before diving in. This pre-work lets us proceed with confidence knowing that everything will fit just right.
We Build Experiences:
Our millwork and design/construction process are what helps turn a space into a destination, helping businesses open cohesive and memorable physical experiences for their customers.

Founder & CEO
Since founding Pacific Solutions Contracting in 2010, Brandon’s creative leadership has been the driving force behind the company’s distinct approach to construction. Known for his outside-the-box thinking and commitment to design-forward solutions, Brandon ensures every space Pacific builds is as unique and purpose-driven as the people behind it.

Millwork Estimator
Brad has been a leader on Pacific’s millwork team for 10 years. He is experienced in all areas of estimating, production, and quality control, and has deep relationships with the industry for the best prices and products in the market.

Project Manager
Luke PM’s each and every millwork project that runs through The Shop. He is closely connected to our clients, architect and design partners, and sub trades to ensure everyone is working together while protecting budgets and schedules.

Millwork Manager
Matthew has been working in millwork construction his entire career. He is an expert draftsperson, skilled at visualizing how millwork needs to come together to function as intended. He has a thorough understanding of the entire process, and leads the charge in The Shop.
